At Cowgirl Charm, we want your new favorite styles to arrive quickly and with care. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–6 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Carriers Your order may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at Service@cowgirlcharm.com and we will make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible. To start a return, please contact us at Service@cowgirlcharm.com.
