Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Online Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at Service@cowgirlcharm.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Service@cowgirlcharm.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
